Our 5,500 sq. ft. facility has all the necessary equipment for a great training experience. Members can enjoy our fully matted training rooms, heavy bags, striking pad equipment, boxing ring and weight room. The facility has 3 washrooms(1 with a shower), four separate change stalls, and a small store that carries clothing and equipment for training. The entire facility is disinfected twice every day to ensure a clean training environment!
